We’ve partnered with AXS, one of the world’s leading ticketing platforms, to provide a secure, convenient, and flexible experience for our guests. AXS is modern and mobile-friendly, allowing guests to securely manage their tickets online or in the AXS mobile app. All ticket buyers are required to create an AXS account, and in doing so, have the ability to access and transfer tickets securely and efficiently. To enter the venue, digital tickets must be presented via the AXS Mobile ID found on the app. Alternatively, tickets can be picked up at Will Call prior to or on the day of the show. AXS Mobile ID ensures that tickets are put into the hands of fans, reduces ticket scalping from unauthorized resale sites, and helps us know who is coming to the show.

Creating Your AXS Account

What is an AXS Account?

Your AXS account is your personal profile with AXS that keeps track of your events. It's the place for you to manage your log in credentials, view and manage your tickets, and includes the ability to transfer tickets for select events.

 

How do I create an AXS Account? 

There are a few options for creating and setting up an AXS account: 

  • In the AXS app: Tap the Account icon in the upper right of the AXS app, then tap "Log in or Sign Up." 
  • On axs.com: Click on the Sign-In icon in the upper right of the axs.com homepage, then click on "Sign In." 
  • When purchasing tickets: If you buy tickets for an event and don't yet have an AXS account, you'll be guided through the steps to create one before completing your purchase.

Accessing and Using Your Tickets 

Select AXS Mobile ID as your delivery method when buying tickets (it's free!), and then follow these simple steps to use them:

  1. Get the AXS app if your haven't already.
  2. Open the app and sign in to see your tickets.
  3. Scan your AXS Mobile ID at the venue entrance to enter.
  4. Enjoy the show!

If you purchased tickets for a group, you must either enter with your entire party, or transfer tickets to group members before the event (instructions below).

If you are unable to download the AXS mobile app, you must pick up your tickets at Will Call and present a photo ID matching the name on the order.

 

What is AXS Mobile ID? 

Your AXS Mobile ID is your personalized QR code for your digital tickets. Your AXS Mobile ID is available in the AXS app on your phone and eliminates paper tickets, allowing you to enter the venue quickly and smoothly. The digital QR code refreshes every 60 seconds for security. Simply show your QR code on your phone to enter the venue. 

 

Do I need the AXS app to use my AXS Mobile ID? 

Yes, AXS Mobile ID tickets can only be accessed through the AXS app for security reasons. Screenshots or printed tickets are not valid. The app allows you to view, transfer, or sell tickets and provides a quick and simple scan for entry. When available, you can also add your AXS Mobile ID to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

 

How do I add my AXS Mobile ID to a mobile wallet? 

  1. Open the AXS app and sign in. 
  2. Select the Ticket icon to view all events for which you have tickets. 
  3. Select your event. 
  4. Select "Add to Apple Wallet/Google Wallet"
  5. Select "Continue"
  6. Select "Add" to confirm 
  7. To review your settings, tap the Wallet Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

Transferring Your Tickets

A ticket transfer allows you to digitally give each guest in your party their own ticket via the AXS mobile app. With seat transfers, you no longer need to worry about delivering the paper tickets to friends in advance or meeting them outside of the venue to walk in together. 

Your guests will need to create an AXS account to receive tickets. Guests can transfer the tickets back to you if they can’t attend, or you can cancel the transfer if they have not yet set up their AXS account. If they already have an AXS account, the tickets will go in their account automatically.

 

How to transfer tickets via AXS app:

  1. Tap the ticket icon and select the event.
  2. Tap "Transfer."
  3. Select the tickets you want to transfer.
  4. Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address or phone number.
  5. Tap "Continue."
  6. Review the information and tap "Transfer."

 

How to transfer tickets via axs.com

  1. Sign into your AXS account.
  2. Click "Your Tickets" and select the event.
  3. Click "Transfer."
  4. Select the ticket(s) to transfer.
  5. Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address or phone number.
  6. Click "Continue."
  7. Review the information and click "Transfer."

The recipient will then receive an email about the transfer, and will need to create an AXS account (if they don’t have one yet) to complete the ticket transfer. After that, the tickets will be theirs to use within the AXS mobile app. You can review your transfer history within the app by clicking on "My Events" and selecting "Transferred". 

 

How to accept transferred tickets:

If you already have an AXS account, the tickets will be transferred to your account automatically. If you do not have an AXS account, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create an AXS account to claim the tickets that have been transferred to you. Once you have an account, seats transferred to you in the future will be accepted by your account automatically.  

 

Can I cancel a transfer?

If the recipient hasn't created an AXS account, you can cancel the transfer. If they already have an account, the transfer is instantaneous and cannot be canceled, but they can transfer the tickets back to you.

 

Why can't I transfer my tickets?

If the "Transfer" button is missing or grayed out, the event may not allow transfers. Check back closer to the event, as transfer availability may change. Note that merchandise, VIP package elements, and ticket insurance are typically non-transferable. 

Selling Your Tickets & Buying Verified Resale Tickets

AXS Official Resale is the safe and easy way to buy and sell AXS tickets with other fans. When fans have tickets they can’t use, they can list them for other fans to buy. Buyers get 100% valid and authentic tickets delivered straight to their AXS accounts, and sellers get paid by direct deposit. AXS handles payment and delivery so buyers and sellers never interact with each other. If available, you’ll see the option to get tickets with AXS Official Resale on the event page.

AXS is the official ticketing source for CFCC’s Wilson Center, and tickets purchased outside of AXS or WilsonCenterTickets.com may be fraudulent.

 

How to sell your tickets:

  1. Sign into your account on axs.com or in the AXS app. 
  2. Click on "Your Tickets" and click on the event.
  3. Click "Sell" (which will display if the tickets are resale-eligible.) 
  4. Select tickets to list, then click "Continue" to enter your price and listing options.
  5. Select a previously added account or add a new account to receive payment, then click "Continue."
  6. Select a previously added credit or debit card or add a new credit or debit card. (This card will only be charged if the event is canceled, and the buyer needs to be refunded. You will not be charged to list your tickets.) 
  7. Review the details and click "List Tickets."

Once you've listed your tickets, they will be immediately available for other fans to buy.

Once your tickets have sold, AXS will email you to let you know. At that point, you will see the appropriate funds (the selling price of the ticket, minus your seller fee) in your AXS account. After the event has taken place, you will be able to transfer the funds from axs.com or the AXS app to your selected financial institution.

If you see a "Sell" button next to your tickets in your account, you can sell them. Resale capabilities are at the discretion of individual artists and their management.
