A few guests experience issues loading the stream and our web page because their browser was out of date. Make sure you have the latest update prior to the start of the stream. Is the performance actually “live”?

Yes! Unless otherwise indicated, Live at the Wilson Center events are streamed live from the Wilson Center stage.

Our whole family wants to watch. How many tickets do I need to buy?

While only one ticket is necessary per household, your ticket purchases help us keep our theater alive and support all the artists involved in the process. If you have a larger group, please consider purchasing a Family ticket at a higher price level, or more than one ticket to offer more support. See the question below about ticket price levels for more details.

Can I still buy a ticket after the scheduled performance?

In most cases, yes! If the performance has a viewing window after the initial premiere date, you are still able to purchase tickets, provided you do so in time to watch the event before the ticket window closes. The ticket window will typically close a few hours or days before the viewing window to ensure you have a chance to view the performance. Please check the event page of the performance you are interested in for more information and specific dates.

The event I want to buy a virtual ticket for has different price levels. What is the difference between the levels?

There is no difference between the tickets, other than the amount of support that you will give to the presenting organization and the Wilson Center. There is a designated minimum per household to access virtual events, but you may choose one of the higher price levels if you would like to offer more support. Everyone will get the same view regardless of which ticket they buy.

Example Ticket Levels:

Streaming Access – $10

Supporter Streaming Access – $25

Champion Streaming Access – $50

The event I want to buy a virtual ticket for is listed as free. Do I still need to get a ticket?
