Ticket Central Coordinator
Andy Cobb was born “across the pond” in a small farming town located in eastern England. After several big moves over the years, he settled in Wilmington to attend the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art. After spending several years as a starving artist, Andy enrolled at Cape Fear Community College, where he went on to study and earn an Associates’ Degree in Information Technology focusing on Web Development.
During his time at Cape Fear Community College, he stumbled across a job posting for a “Ticket Central Associate” at the Wilson Center. This began his journey with the Wilson Center. Andy was one of the original Ticket Agents when tickets first went on sale in the summer of 2015, and he has been with Ticket Central ever since. While originally starting as a part-time Ticket agent, Andy is now the full-time Ticket Central & Group Sales Coordinator. You won’t see him behind the counter very often anymore, he now spends his days running reports, analyzing data, and facilitating group sales.
In his free time, Andy returns to his creative roots through painting and photography.
